Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology (SCAT), New Delhi is a joint venture of the Indo Pacific Aviation Ltd in Delhi and Spartan College of Aeronautics & Technology in the USA. Spartan College, USA is amongst the oldest and largest aviation colleges of the world. The Spartan institute provides training in various disciplines of aviation industry and specialized skills needed in domestic and government agencies. During the World War II, the American counterpart of the Spartan Institute trained pilots of the Royal Air Force of Great Britain and the United States Army Forces. Spartan had developed specialized pilot training courses for fixed-wing aircrafts and helicopters for Saudi Arabian government. It has trained commercial pilots for well-known airlines such as the Kuwait Airways, the Yemini Airlines and Royal Nepal Airways.

Spartan India is committed to start a world-class aviation college, which will conduct the flying and various other aviation courses in India, shortly. Spartan India provides all possible support right from Visa to license conversion to students who opt to attend world-class Flying Training and Aviation Maintenance Training programs in its Oklahoma-based aviation college. The institute's infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.
